Before opening this deviation in normal resolution I didn't notice the effect of the light. But in fact, the treatment is really great and gives you the willing to go up on that kind of bridge just to have a wonderful sight all around you. The exposure is perfect so you are able to see the tiny lights all above the way and also the stars up in the sky. This is also a great composition leading your eye to the middle of the picture and the principal subject of this shot.
Nice job, nice composition and most of all nice feeling when you see the global result !
